These rules will be strictly enforced!!!

If you intend on being a member of this site, you MUST be active at least once a week. By active, I mean you MUST post. Signing on will no longer count. Also, posting in the chat box does not count because you do not have to be signed in to post there. I have the right to delete you from this site. If you know that you will be gone, tell me ahead of time. I will make sure that you don't get deleted!
Those who have signed up and do not post within 2 weeks will be deleted. If you have lost or never recieved a password, there is a board here for that purpose. So it will not be a good excuse!!
If you have not signed on for more than 3 months, an email will be sent to you asking if you wish to remain on the site. If I do not receive a response within 2 weeks or you say no, your account will be deleted.
DO NOT HOTLINK!! This used to be allowed but no longer. The site will load much faster if pictures are not hotlinked. Please save them to a site like Photobucket or Image Shack.
Professors cannot be students. If you are a professor and would like to take a class, you may create another account for that purpose.
Canon characters are acceptable but please make sure there is no one else using that name. These must be registered so no one else can use your name.
Please change your display name to the name of your character. This will eliminate confusion as some people may have similar account names.
You must have a picture of a celebrity to go with your character. That way, we have a familiar face to put with your name. Don't use a picture of yourself. Please, PM either J or myself the name of the celebrity you have chosen. We will compile a list of everyone and that celebrity is theirs. YOU CANNOT USE A CELEBRITY THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN SPOKEN FOR!!
No cursing will be allowed!! There are people under the age of 18 on this site.
No sexual role playing!! Once again, there are people under the age of 18 on this site. This will not be tolerated. You will be banned from the site if this is discovered!!! No questions asked!!
If things don't go your way, I'm sorry but that is how life goes. If you would like to talk to me about it, please do so in a calm manner. I will not respond to rude or demanding comments.
Each member must purchase a wand. This is a necessity!!
First-year students are not allowed to have broomsticks.
Students must be 17 years old and have a license to Apparate.
Only staff members are allowed to purchase homes.
If a professor tells you to buy something for their class, please do so.

And finally the most important rule....
Tell your friends about the site. Tell people you don't know about the site. We want it to grow and be the best site out there!
